During my entrepreneurial journey, I have pitched, spoken, and moderated at events ranging from small local gatherings to world-class conferences around the world.

My superpower is my ability to connect with people from a range of cultural backgrounds, social classes, and experience levels. My unique approach draws on my linguistic skills — I am fluent in more than four distinct languages and have first-hand experience of how intercultural communication plays a vital role in bringing cultures together.

Coming from a small, deprived post-Soviet town and rising to see the world through a business lens has given me valuable life perspective. This has proven to be extremely useful not only in creating business deals but also in finding common ground between cultures that seemingly have nothing in common.
